Why do you even need a fulfilling career? Is just having a career, not enough? Well, according to Oxford Languages the definition of fulfilling goes like this:

/fʊlˈfɪlɪŋ/
adjective
making someone satisfied or happy through allowing their character or abilities to develop fully
Merely by completing a degree program, having the degree in your hand, and sending your resumes for every job out there does not help you build a successful career for yourself. Especially for the Indian Life Sciences community, this area is kept under dark and very few people know how to approach it. Consequently, each one of us have been disappointed by one of the following scenarios at one time or another:
1. Have sent CV/ Resume for every job application but did not hear from any of the applied organizations.
2. Have landed a job after a lot of hard work, but now we feel stuck in it and are not thrilled about staying in it.
3. Have been in a job for a very long time but struggle to grow professionally from there.
4. Want to achieve everything in this world so find it hard to stay put at a job or a responsibility.
