User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall the Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

 

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

Services Delivery

All the services shall commence based on mutual agreement between the parties.
 

For Career Modules:

  • Sessions will be conducted on the predetermined date. All the details will be provided over the email ID provided by the candidate. The candidates should avail all the sessions within a span of 60 days.

For Masterclass and other one-day events:

  • Sessions will be conducted on the predetermined date. All the details will be provided over the email ID provided by the candidate.

For Institutional Packages:

  • All the services shall commence based on mutual agreement between the parties.

For Science Career Finder Test:

  • The Test can be taken on the website after successful payment. The link to take the test and the final report will be sent to the candidate on their email ID provided on the website. One report can be generated against a one-time payment.

Refund Policy

The following refund policy is binding on all candidates/institutions ("Client") availing services/using products of Metis Hive. If a Client wishes to cancel the services, the following refund amounts and conditions apply:

 

For Career Modules:

  • No refund will be provided under any condition whatsoever.

 

For Masterclass and other one-day events:

  • No refund will be provided. However, if the Client raises a request for cancellation 72 hours before the scheduled event, they may be provided with a "Masterclass credit" through which they can avail access to the upcoming events. These credits will be valid for 90 days.

 

For Institutional packages:

  • Cancellation 2 months before the commencement of the sessions: 100% of the advance amount paid may be availed as session credits to utilise for any sessions of equivalent value within one year from the date of cancellation

  • Cancellation between 2 months to 15 days before the commencement of the sessions: 75% of the advance amount paid may be availed as session credits to utilise for any sessions of equivalent value within one year from the date of cancellation

  • Cancellation within 15 days before commencement of the sessions: 50% of the advance amount paid may be availed as session credits to utilise for any sessions of equivalent value within one year from the date of cancellation

  • Cancellation after the commencement of the sessions: No refund applicable.

For Science Career Finder Test:

  • No refund will be provided. One report can be generated against a one-time payment. The report will be sent to the email ID provided on the website.

 

Session credits, if any, will be processed within 30 working days. The institution may request the change in schedule with at least 15 days prior notice. Any request within 15 days of the scheduled event may levy additional charges (5-30% of the total package amount).

If Metis Hive cancels a package/event, the amount paid will be carried over as learning credits for one year. Upon special request or under certain circumstances, the amount may be refunded. The decision made by the Metis Hive committee in such matters is final, binding and non-negotiable.

Any additional cost incurred in terms of boarding, lodging, travel, and logistics will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and is the Client's sole responsibility.
